The IMI Europe Inkjet Winter Workshop 2018 will be held at the Ayre Hotel Astoria Palace, Valencia, Spain. The Astoria Palace offers guests the following benefits:

Accommodation

The IMI Europe Inkjet Winter Workshop is a non-residential course, so accommodation is the responsibility of individual delegates. We have reserved a block of bedrooms at a preferential rate for event delegates: 
- Single use room €80 plus 10% tax per night
- Double use room €95 plus 10% tax per night.

Bookings should be made directly with the hotel, by email (reservas.astoriapalace@ayrehoteles.com) or by telephone (+34 96 398 1005) from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00, quoting the reference number is 7882. The hotel will need name and surname, check in and check out date and a credit card number in order to guarantee the reservation. Cancellation policy: For any room cancelled from 15 to 5 days to arrival date, the first night will be charged. From 4 days before the arrival or a no show, 100% of the booking will be charged.

Directions From the Airport

By road

• The address of Ayre Hotel Astoria Palace is Plaça Rodrigo Botet, No. 5. The hotel does not have its own car park. However, you can park your car in one of the various car parks in the vicinity. There is one just 73 m from the hotel.

By Metro

• Underground (Metro): direct access. Take line 5 and get to Colón station or line 3 and get to Xàtiva station. The stations are an easy 400-metre walk from the hotel. The entire journey should only take about 30 minutes.
