Conference Fees
Registration fees include attendance at all sessions, a link to download PDF presentations during the event, coffee breaks, lunches and an evening cocktail reception.

DISCOUNTS
Registering more than one standard (industrial) conference attendee from the same company attracts the discount shown for the second and subsequent attendees

Due to regulations regarding conference registrations, 19% German VAT will be added to all payments.
Booking policy
Cancellations will receive a 50% refund if made more than two weeks prior to the start of the event (i.e. on or before 26 March 2025). After this time, no refunds can be made, but your registration may be transferred to another IMI Europe or IMI Inc event at no charge. Name changes for a registration may be made at any time, free of charge, but please let us know before the event so we can update our records.
Hotel
Hotel reservations and room charges are the responsibility of individual attendees. We have negotiated a special room rate at the conference hotel: single occupancy is €139 per room, per night. Rates are subject to availability and include breakfast, WiFi and taxes. See here for more details on the venue.
IMAGE RELEASE
IMI Europe reserves the right to use images taken during the conference, including those where delegates are visible, for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your image to be used in this way, please let us know via email at enquiries@imieurope.com.

Payments
Two payment options are available:
INVOICE AND Bank transfer
We will email an invoice to you, payable within 14 days (or prior to the event if this is earlier) by bank transfer. Payment can be made in Euro (EUR), British Pounds Sterling (GBP) or US dollars (USD). If your company requires a purchase order number on the invoice please add the number in the registration form.
Credit card
We will send you an email invoice with a link to our card processor's website for immediate payment. We use PayPal as our card processor – you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. Payment can be made in Euro (EUR), British Pounds Sterling (GBP) or US dollars (USD).
