Cambridge, UK, 20 November, 2012: Delegates at the IMI Europe 20th Annual European Inkjet Conference have voted Debbie Thorp, Business Development Director of Global Inkjet Systems the top speaker. The results were compiled from the evaluation forms returned at the event. Her presentation “Curved Surface Direct Product Decoration – from Prototype to Production” is now available as a free download from the IMI Europe website www.imieurope.com.
Debbie Thorp was just ahead of second place speaker Mike Willis, Managing Director of Pivotal Resources, with an average score of 7.27 against 7.14. Mr Willis spoke about “Technologies of the future - seeing over the horizon.” In third place was Dr Ken Stack, President of Proximus LLC, with his presentation “Mergers, acquisitions, & capital raises for industrial ink jet.”
Statistics
21 speakers presented at the 20th Annual European Ink Jet Conference, held 7-9 November 2012. Over 150 attended the conference, held in the classic surroundings of the Avenida Palace Hotel, Barcelona, Spain. Satisfaction rating for the event was 85%, with 96% saying they would recommend IMI Europe’s Ink Jet Conference to colleagues and contacts.
